THE WHY?

*Will unify our football coaches across the State of Virginia to collaboratively work together to promote the game of football.

* Will pursue professional development and coaching education opportunities for all member coaches in the State of Virginia. To exchange knowledge and provide mentorship in our coaching football profession.

* Will Promote player health and safety through training, education, and certification.

*Will Promote the game of football, our student-athletes, and our coaching profession in the State of Virginia.

-We have joined in membership into NHSFCA, a national association of HS football coaches associations that represent 45 states (Virginia was one of the 5 states not represented) that are heavily allied with other organizations like USA Football, the AFCA, and NFHS.

-We have also joined in membership with NOCAD, a national organization of Coaches Association Directors, which will provide top quality liability insurance to all our members.

-We plan to host the following events as we grow as an Association:
*Coaches Convention- Clinic and Coaches Education
*All-Star Game(s) or Co-Sponsor Events
*Hall of Fame Banquet- Coaches + Athletes
*Playoff Dinners
*Pre-Season Media Days
*State Championship CFCA Hospitality Room/Tailgate
*Student-Athlete Scholarships
*Etc
